I thought they needed to be obsolete to be militia but none of my militia type units are getting sent to units. You may be onto something!

I have not had a problem with patch being flagged as a virus. Using Defender that came with Windows 10Pro.

Haven't noticed any delay in the combat screen with adding or subtracting units. Using current beta.

Diplomacy skill is the main skill for the Foreign Affairs council. I have also noticed that Governors and the Director of the Supreme Command Council have Diplomacy skills that occasionally are used (have asterisk beside the skill in their detailed report).

Been a few years since I played this version of the DC series so here are a few guesses. The little box represents how much of the requested supply was recieved by the unit. So I think yellow represents 50 to 75% while red is under 25%. I think this the supply that was recieved at the end of last ...

I've had a Major AI declare war on me and perform one attack (which I lost badly). It's sat docile for probably 20 turns since then.

The German AI's Capitol was on an island so it was lucky it was also a port. Was playing a 1 city start game.

I have a related question. I think I have less than 25% water in my game. An enemy faction has a port city and is building ships and invading my territory. Also noticed the resource label bug is still there.

Probably related to the Refit Bug I reported back in early June that seems to have never been addressed.

Refit bug

So I was trying to outfit one my CL's (San Francisco class) with central rangefinding and selected Open for Refit. Unfortunately the ship was now 59 tons overloaded so I couldn't add them. If I select Open Design instead it shows the ship has 161 tons of space available.

Yeah, I've never understood why escorts have to meet the bombers/transports at a hex a hundred+ miles from the front instead of meeting them closer to possible intercept. Probably a limitation of the game engine.

I've always loved the detail in your mod. I tried enabling leaders and action cards but it doesn't seem to work. I get the button to create an HQ with a leader but the leader does not appear. Is there a coding reason they don't work with your mod? I may have missed an enable somewhere in master file.

What is your GPU%? Mine runs 80% while only about 15% CPU. Have NVIDIA 1660 SuperOverclock GPU.
