It is November, and I'm unloading the entire Australian 7th division, plus a few extra engineer and armored units, at Buna. Currently the base is occupied by a Japanese force of about 5,000+. My own force totals 20,000+.<br/>

A related question:

Can you modify the airwing of a carrier to better suit the assigned mission?

IOW, can I offload one of the attack squadrons and replace it with more fighters?

Damaged carriers

<t>I'm sure this has been discussed before, but i couldn't find the answer in either the manual or search.<br/>
<br/>
Question: What is the min speed for a carrier to launch aircraft? <br/>

Is it better to send a damaged carrier (30+ system damage, no floatation or fire) back to pearl, or park ...

Where is Ndeni?

Just curious, is the Allied beach labeled "Nevea" in the Santa Cruz islands also known as Ndeni?

If not, where is it?

LBA won't target TFs

Something tells me the problem lies with heavily damaged ships within the TF. According to rule # 9.21 of the manual, once a TF starts to unload, no ships will be split off due to damage until the TF has completed unloading all it's cargo. But what happens when a ship is so ...

I'm not convinced

<r>I’m having a problem trying to accept the bombardment of PM as a valid tactic that the IJN would have employed during the war. I understand that it was used during the Guadacanal campaign, but to compare the two would be comparing apples to oranges IMO. <br/>

First, unless I’m mistaken, the ...
