I have two TF (DD, Resupply and CA among them)in the same hex at the begining of a turn. I want to combine them into one.
How do I do it?
Both are damaged, slightly. Does that change the procedure?

My transports of supplies from Tville to Carins, I change them to Transfer to New Base. They transport planes only continue to resupply from Tville to Carins and then return to Tville.

Hope this correction make sense.
