Count me in, I'll buy it.

I've been waiting for this mod since you started it. I'm glad that Matrix (and you, I hope) can make a little money off it.

<t> I've noticed that in-game there's something weird going on, at least for the IJN side.<br/> <br/> Land-based reinforcement groups do indeed draw planes from the pool, and get 'free' pilots equal to the number of planes drawn. The displayed strength on the intelligence screen prior to arrival is ...

RE: Search aircraft on the attack

I had a Do-24k slip through Akagi, Kaga, and Ryujo's CAP and plant a bomb on Akagi that started a fire which wound up sending Akagi back to Tokyo for repairs for about a month.

<t> If you move an HQ unit to where they are at, this will draw supplies to that point.<br/> <br/> The supply routine makes the assumption that the 'hot' zone is where your HQs will be.<br/> <br/> I believe a base with an HQ will attempt to maintain 25k above what's normally required, provided the s...

RE: Things that need to be fixed before PBEM can work

<t> Sounds like you did exactly the same thing I did. Perhaps I got lucky.<br/> <br/> Regardless, I agree that the 'extra' damaged planes in the starting Nell/Betty groups are annoying and create more micromanagement than I would prefer. I'd be happy if these spare planes were removed, or more pilot...

RE: Strange loading habits?

No worries. I'm unwinding after a very long day at work, and I just re-read what I wrote and it actually came across far more curtly then I wanted.

Suffice to say, load supplies on AKs, you'll get far more bang for your buck. [:)]

<t> In this case, those are APs, not AKs.<br/> <br/> APs carry supplies less efficiently than AKs.<br/> <br/> APs consume 3 capacity per supply point, so a 3k AP loaded with 1,000 supply = 100% capacity.<br/> <br/> I do know that there is another bug that Frag has mentioned wherein the calculated lo...
