OMG I remember Ice Wars.

You had to "purchase" units for the scenarios. It was a fun little game. I played it quite a bit with one guy who also enjoyed SPIs "Musket and Pike".

Man fond memories. If only I had kept all those games.

The big problem with HOI is the AI. Playing as the Soviets im in Berlin in 1942.

Kinda makes me think it needs a little bit of a tweek. Not sure how the naval is as ive only played the Soviets so far.

Are scenarios 17 and 19 the norm?

Ive noticed most of the games seem to use those 2 scenarios and as I ramp up my experience with the game was wondering if my "practice sessions" getting ready for PBEM should revolve around those 2 choices.
