I find that the world war 1 type battlelines appear even in your mod. Since frontal assaults are too costly, it pays to surround an enemy. Unsupplied, that enemy is vulnerable to elimination. No one wants to have their units surrounded so lines become the order of the day.

The problem is ...

Hello Peiper1944,

„Strata Montana“ - LOL. Ich bin zwar Oberhesse, habe aber lange Jahre in Darmstadt verbracht, also nur etwas nördlich von Dir.

I appreciate your reaction and thank you for the details you have given about the other changes you have made apart from correcting pilot names and ...

First, I have your company's model of HMS Repulse. It looks nice; thank you.

On Mod

4) Yes that is the pop up. It comes even though there are no Confederate units yet in Arkansas. It's just a little strange.

Further Notes

1) General Fremont's name is not on the counter. It's just a ...

Interesting Mod. I have played the Confederates and here are my early views:

1) 30,000 points for selling the cotton. I love it! I usually sell the cotton for various reasons, but now it means more, especially as I am getting 200 extra, instead of 175.

2) I am confused by spotting. My cavalry ...

Re: Japanese Pilot Rosters – Historically Completed

I'm starting a new thread where I will systematically document all Japanese air units featured in War in the Pacific: Admiral’s Edition .
The goal is a historically accurate and well-sourced representation of pilots and their command structures.

What I’ll be doing:

Entering correct ...

Re: Never Thought I'd Start Another One - tc464 (A) vs. Mike (J)

I learned something over a decade ago while I was playing the old WitP. There was a very active guy named Mogami who was very good at the game. One thing in particular he mentioned that I never forgot. He said that if you did not (as the Japanese) want to contest air space in a certain region ...

Re: AB's entended map - scenarios?

Hi,

Are you sure that the stock scenario 1 is using the "extended map"?

AFAIK all official stock scenarios (01 - 22) use the "standard map" (or in case of the v1127 beta, the short-lived "new map").

AB's website only contains "updated official scenarios" (101 - 104) to be used with the ...

This is the new aircraft comparison window. I made it so you can compare more than two -- just keep adding columns as wide as your screen can get (or wider, since it has a horizontal scroll bar).

Re: New Public Beta - v1128 Live Now!

I have made a few more changes to the updated scenarios I have worked on so far - Scenarios 1 to 4. I have included an attempt to address the issue with Allied subs not upgrading to handle upgraded mines, though I am not certain whether the data fix I added will work, as well as a few other issues ...

My two pesetas.....I am an American, and so don't have a particular connection to the Spanish Civil War like many of our Spanish and European friends do. That being said, this area has always been a personal interest of mine (Civil Wars, by nature, are inherently interesting), and nobody before ...
