My question deals with artilary.

Ive noticed that Self Propelled Art. units have a higher Arm ratting than Art. Is this right? Will this affect their artillary shots? I would think so?

The problem is solved. I do not know what originaly caused the problem or what fixed it, but everything is now normal.
