Playing Germany against the Poles, Oct of '39.

A PzKpfw-IIIe firing on a Wz. 34. Hits, sometimes several times but nothing.

Here is a selected Combat Text from a shot.

combat.txt logging 1
1st Co Plt 6 AF firing at Wz. 34 (37mm) at a range of 5 hexes, ~using 3.7cm KwK L46.5~Hit Chance 57 percent
AP shell hit
pen = 74, base = 37
PRM = 0.96, HorAspect = 8.00, VerAspect = 13.43, BPF = 1.24
Temp1 = 0.99, Temp2 = 0.97, Temp3 = 0.27, Temp4 = 0.95
GeoArm = 8.31, BalArm = 8.23
~Wz. 34 (37mm) is hit, FRONT HULL hit by 3.7cm KwK L46.5, using AP ammo, ~Pen 35, Armor 8
1st Co Plt 6 AF firing at Wz. 34 (37mm) at a range of 5 hexes, ~using 7.92mm MG34 CMG~Hit Chance 91 percent
~Wz. 34 (37mm) is hit, FRONT TURRET hit by 7.92mm MG34 CMG, No Effect

I deleated the .prf file already, no change. Any thing seem wrong with the results?

Thanks.

I don't know about the combat log, but it is not unusual to get a "through & through" shot. An AP round can go through the first hull so powerfully that it goes right through the other hull intact and if no critical system is hit in between, there is just no damage done.

Try shooting a truck with a rifle squad and watch how many times you need to get a "hit" before the truck ever gets damaged.
