RE: micromanagement

Just buy the damn thing but be prepared to lose your wife, job, kids, pets, self-esteem, However you will gain a few things in return such as weight, a beer belly, course language and a mild case of OCD.[X(][;)]

Which country paid it's WWII reparations in full?

Are you asking about debt incurred or damages caused due to agressive war. If it is debt then I would have to say Australia.

RE: Is the patch 3.80.2 on Patches Scrolls official?

I purchased ANW right when it was released, but didn't get it installed until just a couple of days ago, I know sacrilege[X(]. My question is does 3.8 include any and-or all of the previous patches(if there are any).&nbsp; Will I also need to update to the newest DB?

RE: Harpoon!!

<t> I, for one, am more comfortable with the archiac type of graphics. I spent 3 1/2 years on a destroyer back in 70s as an Operations Specialist. This means that I spent all of my time at sea in the dark cave called the Combat Information Center. I grew comfortable, mainly because I had to[:D ...

RE: New WiR Game?

<r> Speaking of monster games I went to the Decision Games website (<URL url="http://www.decisiongames.com">www.decisiongames.com</URL>) to see if there was anything new. I found the same old stuff that they have been pushing for years AND they have introduced a new wrinkle. They are asking people ...

RE: New WiR Game?

<r> I think the scale is 10 miles = 1 hex and 1 turn = 1 week which means 200+ turns for the full campaign game. Thats going to be one big darn map, but not as big as WitP. Back in the late 90s I played Decision Games' Computer War in Europe and enjoyed it immensly even though there were some ...

RE: New WiR Game?

<t> While an Igo-Ugo system would be easier to program I would really like to see WiR a WEGO for a number of reasons. After having played WitP and Combat Misions I find that this format is the most satisfying for me to play. Don't get me wrong, I have spent 30 years playing board games and I ...
