Why didn't I win?

<t> I'm playing as British in the Carolinas scenario. <br/>
<br/>
I captured both of the objectives: Charleston and Wilmington <br/>
<br/>
I control 4 of the strategic towns. Needed 2<br/>
<br/>
Victory points were tied at 32 each. <br/>
<br/>
Yet the result was a stalemate. I thought ...

RE: I've forgotten how to play

I've forgotten how to play

<t> Just re-installed the game after 3 years but I'm really struggling here. I played all the tutorials to get back into the swing of it but that first solitaire scenario 'Guards Counterattack'... I just can't make any progress playing as the Soviets. I always enjoyed the urban warfare battles and ...

RE: Newbie question: Units retreating

<t> Ah, thanks for enlightening me guys. <br/>
<br/>
In the Tractor Works scenario the German retreat flag is on the left side of the map, my unit was on the right side and in between ... a mass of Soviet infantry holed up in the factory. That's why they got slaughtered. <br/>
<br/>
I guess in ...

Newbie question: Units retreating

<t> Thoroughly enjoying getting back into Steel Panthers. Well, there is actually one thing that's bugging me. <br/>
<br/>
When my units retreat - which happens quite often[:D] - they move *towards* the enemy in a way I find hard to believe is supposed to be in the game model. For instance, in the ...

RE: Hello and... question

Resisti,
Could I also have the tutorials please? I was a big fan of the original SP but I'm finding it hard to get back to grips with the new version.

Thanks in advance,
Kevin
