Docked, in Port, in TF?

<t> Good Sirs;<br/>
<br/>
Can someone explain to me the following:<br/>
<br/>
1)If I attack the port with aircraft will I also bomb docked task forces? Are they more or less vulnerable than disbanded ships in port?<br/>
<br/>
2)If I attack the port with surface bombardment do I also hit docked ...

How many times does berlin change hands?

<t> Joel;<br/>
<br/>
I think from reading the AARs that people are noticing regions changing hands too often. Moscow changes hands 4 times in some games, and Northern Itally flips around like a fish. I understand that WWII was mobile but can't you model victories without the consequence being the ...

How much supply gets destroyed by a hit?

<t> Good Sirs;<br/>
<br/>
I see supply hits when I bomb a port (sometimes fuel hits). Is every hit the same size (like 10 tons or 100 gallons or whatever) or does it matter if it was hit by a 500 or 250lb bomb (or an 8inch shell if it is a bombardment)?<br/>

What are the variables that ...

Why not just stay Central Pacific and go south?

What is the problem with being assigned to central pacific and being used in Australia? Do these units get supplied anyway? If so, why change assignements?

Out of fuel PT boat attack

<t> In my current email game I just send my PT boats all spread out on the coast of japan. The aircraft won't attack them because they are too small but they still mannage to close to 2000 yards at night and fire their torps (even though they have been out of fuel for weeks).<br/>

A real use for the Yammato

<t> Okay, I just want to win the game, I am not interested in what would happen historically or what the Japs would never do. I am serious about this, this is what I will really do with it.<br/>

Just let it sit

If you never finish it, I assume you won't lose any points for it getting sunk--and you can use the ship points for useful stuff.

The Lurking Yamato Fantasy

<t> US Cls have float planes ya know, and then there are jeep carriers etc. Does the Yamato run at high speed as soon as it is spotted (kinda like the Bizmark)? or does it move a little and then lurk again, hoping the carriers aren't on the way?<br/>

Should I scrap the Yamato on turn one?

<t> The thing eats gas and is worth lots of victory points to the allies once they catch if from the air and sink it. I would rather have the gas for subs and DEs. Do I get the metal off the thing if I scrap it, how long does it take?<br/>

Do we have any scneario options?

Like jap sub doctrine or better air training?
