It's on page 158(161 if going by acrobat page) of the manual and its a misprint.It should read SPS which is short for standard potential size.

I believe what you are seeing is the combat report from the last scenario you played.My guess you did a historical turn/allied surprise run through just before you started your new scenario?

Its on the individual ground unit screen bottom right hand corner "set future objectives".The number in () is the prep points the unit has from 0 to 100.

If Historical first turn is set to on, the first turn in any scenario will be played out by the computer.Make sure you have this switched to off if you want to play your first turn.

I forgot to order the CD myself when I first DLed but did so today.If you head back into the store you can click on the customer service link and under the Download FAQ there is a link that will set you up for a CD on demand order.
