Even the retail does not have a printed manual. I picked mine up from Gamestop this morning.

Thanks, Erik. Grabbed the update. Awesome game so far. I'm having a blast! I love how interactive the other empires are.

Unfortunately I have to go to work now [:(]. Be back in 5 hrs. If the game is not out by then, I'll post some initial impressions throughout the weekend.

I can confirm that Gamestop has it!! I just picked it up and am installing it as I type.

Never mind. It shows now. I can finally play! yeah!

I tried that. It shows my order number but says 'Not available' for the serial number. Who do I need to contact?

Someone please help. I just bought the game (digital download). But did not get a serial number. What should I do?

I originally purchased the digital download version of StarShatter in July. However, I did not make a backup copy of the game on CD. I've since then had to reformat my drive due to virus problems. Any idea how I can go about downloading the game again? Any help would be appretiated.
