Help - Just bought game - No serial number

Someone please help. I just bought the game (digital download). But did not get a serial number. What should I do?

I don't know much about this sort of thing, but people always recommend going to www.findmyorder.com. Try that and see if it solves the problem.

Gil,

I tried that. It shows my order number but says 'Not available' for the serial number. Who do I need to contact?

Never mind. It shows now. I can finally play! yeah!
