RE: 4-player game of Franco's Alliance wanted

Hi, sorry being late, I never received any email about the redo of the 1st turn, are you sure it was sent? I have the old 1st save but if the password isn't remember then there's no point resending that. Please send me the turn again, I'll do it right away.

RE: Human opponent versus the AI

<r> Awesome game. Gary Grigbsy is really something. Btw, playing the AI is nothing but learning the rules and having fun. Playing a human is real competetion. I played some games as Allies where, exactly as you experience, I destroyed the newbie Axis player <E>:D</E>. The game&nbsp;really requir...

RE: Russian Research/Build Strat

<r> I never until around 44-45 because Russia needs those points much much much much more for Inf/Art/Tanks than Air. Air doesn't hold the ground, isn't very good the first years anyhow, and needs a relatively long period of prolonged investment, making it a bad decision. However, it does make for a...

RE: 4-player game of Franco's Alliance wanted

I'd love playing WAllies, but I haven't tried Franco's Alliance yet though. I have 1.201, all the rules are fine. It'll be interesting because I know a511 and you Leb are both real veterans. I'm pretty good too, beat Jan once, me as Allies.

Russian Research/Build Strat

<t> Hi everyone, just wanted to pass on my ideas for build/research in the USSR, since people ask again time to time. <br/> <br/> My ideas of what to build as USSR:<br/> <br/> Priority 1 Builds (in order):<br/> Artillery units (try to have ca. 15 by Su41)<br/> Anti-Air units (try to have ca. 10 by S...

News break: England falls to Sealion assault.... from Japan!

<r> So I had this game vs the AI playing only as Japan, normal settings. Nothing unusual the first 4 years, taking all the Pacific region and China, India, but never attacking the USSR. And, I'm getting to Egypt ya know, defeating the small Brit garrison there... and then slowly move over to Libya.....

RE: Sealion & China

<t> Hi fcam, attacking UK in 1940 is not really doable against a human player, so 1941 is earliest. You should build at least 3 extra transports (to transport 3 units, plus keep 1 trns in reserve). You should buy 3 Tac bombers + 2 Hvy bombers ready to strike by Win41. Getting Tac bombers up to Range...

RE: 1.20 1v1 pbem, only veteran players need apply

<r> I'd love to do 3-5 turns the first day, but finding that first day is a problem.... I usually have time to play at night, plus don't have a working internet connection at home, so I bring the savegames to and from work. <br/> <br/> I'd like a 'normal' game though if thats cool. Besides, no way t...

RE: German Turn 15 (Robjess)

<r> It appears the Axis have been dominating this game inspite of the greater VP total of the Allies. Good job Rob, your attacks, imo, are well-placed and well-executed. Having good luck helps too, but you did maximize your odds. I feel that Roger hasn't been setting the tempo for the campaign at al...
