I'm Cuttlefish's opponant and I don't seem to be having this problem. The only solution I can see is to go back in time a couple of turns and try again. Hopefully someone has a better idea.

Use the serial rumber retreiver. Worked for me.

The ritalin should'nt be a problem then. If your healthy and if your back is up for the punishment go for it. If your back is iffy I would choose a non combat arms mos. Like said before best place to get a good answer is your recruiter.
