Looking for Allied Opponent

I am a rather modestly experienced (two previous PBEM games) Japanese player looking for an Allied opponent for 1.804 scenario 15. I'm currently playing stock but am willing to consider using a mod.

Flexible as to settings and house rules. I would prefer Historic First Turn OFF, with the usual bit about the Allies only able to issue orders to fleets at sea turn 1. In return I will issue a first turn with only minor changes to the standard Japanese attacks. After that the gloves are off.

I'm located at GMT +8 and can usually do at least 12-14 turns a week. I don't give up easily, if you sink KB in March '42 I'll keep fighting. I like to play a fairly historic game and I avoid most tactics generally considered "gamey". PM me here, reply in thread, or send an email to plpike@aol.com.
