RE: Invading Hawaii

It could delay the allies if they had to take it back, assuming they would have to stop the daily VPs going to Japan while they held it.

No daily VPs for bases. (It would arguably be nice if there were)

So, if you're Allies and have a 1.99 ratio on September 1, 1945, you'd want to be sure to keep under that until the end of the game to get a Decisive Victory (i.e. you'd want to end up between 1.75 and 1.99 in March 1946). You pop the 2.0 ...

They will take months to rebuild but at least they keep their high exp ratings which they would have lost if they have been destroyed.

I thought replacement squads came in at the national average?

just post a picture of a tree that you took on a walk

I suppose CR could take a smallish ficus on a walk. (A bonsai would be even more practical, but could be interpreted as showing sympathy to the enemy.)

That said, with what we pay you for the writing, do what you want to do. Don't feel like you owe anyone anything.

<t> Why are your bases in India red for supply? Either you haven't been bringing enough supply in, or you have some bases set to hoard it all. Either way, that should be addressed. India shouldn't be in the red for supply.<br/>

Don't suppose you'd consider playing Japan? I'm looking to get back into a campaign game, but I'm probably looking to play Allies this time out. Would play any of the stock scenarios you cite.
