Thanks, that makes sense, so I am to understand that the start morale and experience of those units is variable, based on the table?

I also have a question. Many units in the editor show up as 0 Morale and 0 experience, but still tend to show up in game. What is the reason for this? I know some units have a delay date but dont understand the units with no delay and also having no moral or experience.
