What's the average time taken to run one day/turn?

I average 6-7 minutes when there's not a whole lot going on and 8-9 when all heck is breaking loose.

Ever see the Fortifications outside of Resurrection Bay? Can't imagine what it was like to climb those ladders with gear and supplies
