Newbie question: How, when and where do I use HQ's?

I'm not sure if it was for the SNES or the NES. I had them both so NES is possible too.
PTO...sounds right [:)]

I loved that game.
I love this one even more. But I have sooooo many questions about this game.
Especially about transports and support. [:(]

Heh... it was working again today.
But I bet it won't in a minute, when I start the game up again.


BTW
I really love these kind of games.
I remember having a game like this on the SNES I think.
Of course this one is much more advanced. [:)]

Anyways. I'm reading about this auto TF ship selection and I guess there is a bug. Cause it doesn't work all the time. [:(]
