how to i apply textures to my ships??

how do u add the -filesys into the shortcut??

how do i get a mod to play in the game...i have the in the starshatter root directory the mods folder with my ship mods under the ships subfolder...but how do i get the mod to show up in the game so that i can use it..???

oh yea and another thing....whenever i exit the game i get a msg that says "were sorry but starshatter needs to be shut down were sorry for the inconvience" and i would like to know why...i checked the errlog file in the game file and nothing appeared to be wrong....
