<t> Marshall, I think that many people is losing patience here, but I also think that everyone can understand pretty well that releasing EiA is not an easy task - you've even shared with us the many design decisions you had to take. <br/>
I am sure that whenever the game will be released everyone ...

Please note that the uniforms are moddable and my impression is that a few people are interested in releasing a more accurate uniform set after release. Those in the game were designed primarily with playability and identification for non ...

<t> This game looks promising, I'm probably going to buy it. But, being a Napoleonic enthusiast, I must admit that the soldiers dont have the 'look and feel' of Napoleonic soldiers, they REALLY seem late 1800 mexicans. <br/>

RE: Population Nightmare?

Anyway I think the management of the population pool is really unfriendly, people not experienced with wargames will surely find trouble here.
The production rules are right but the user interface is very poor, I hope Matrix/2by3 can find a better solution

Need one opponent

I would like to start a new campaign against one opponent (allied or axis).
Since I am not expert I would like to use Fog of War but NO Advanced supply

Come on! :)

I usually spend 8 research points per turn on average in the first two years.

Beware though, I am a complete newbie now, I have played only two campaigns

RE: Production is obscure

I agree with you, the manpower restriction is a must.
Anyway this rule is implemented badly, because the population is subtracted from the pool in the future turn in which the item is produced, not when you 'buy' it. And this generates confusion

Production is obscure

<t> I think the population (manpower) rule in production is confusing and adds nothing to the game. <br/>
Production should be really more straightforward: when i spend money and population on a unit I want it to be built. Stop. Its really painful to check the population needs for the current turn ...
