RE: it goes on...

I know this might not be an option for you, but one way to get around only hitting one LCU with your LBA, is to strike from more than one AF. At least that's my experience.

RE: Is this an INSANE idea for April 1943? No Rebel Canoes Allowed!

<t> I’ve done 2 India invasions using CHS so far, but those have always been in February or no later than Marts 42. First of I would rule out both Calcutta and Madras as landing areas, I would if possible steer clear of these areas altogether. I’ve had the Madras baseforce by itself hold of a DIV ...

RE: Japanese Airborne Units?

Cheers

In CHS the airborn capable japanese units are, as you mentioned, the two Parachute Regiments and then there is the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Yokosuka SNLF. I do belive that's all the japanese start with.

RE: 2 July 42

I would say Port Blair is important for the japanese because of two things....
1: it's important to the allies
2: at least in CHS it can be build to level 4 AF and with that his nells and bettys can reach out and touch....

But is it worth giving him a place to train his pilots for free, no chance of defending it against air attacks.

RE: Bearding the Wolf - No canines please!

I would consider letting Attu island finish a few forts before letting it build AF, he might not know that you are there yet. But as soon as it grow to size 1, you can be sure he'll notice.

RE: The air war

I would guess that the reason your BB's didn't go in, is because they couldn't reach the target.

RE: 19 Mar. 42

Cheers nice AAR..

Doubt anything is broken concerning TF FLAK, remember that FLAK is reduced in larger than 15 ship TF's. In my games the allied AA work all to well....

RE: Japanese Economy numbers. Couple of questions.

I will have to agree here, what's the rush in taking Palembang, it's not as if the oil is going anywhere with you in command of Singkawang and Kuching.

Why not wait until Singapore and North Java is secure?
