RE: Surrender Conditions - Reparations

I would also prefer the double payment as with C.3 it can easily bankrupt the MP. Anyway this surrender condition (C.3) is not correct implemented as right now you only got a quater tax value each in two eco-phases which is the same as B.3.

RE: depot creation in a port

<t> Hi Bill, thanks for your answer. For the Riga case - I got it wrong and thought there are never two or more Depots allowed in one hex. For Cherbourg it is different. France placed the Depot in the City during his land Phase while Wellington´s army siege the City. The port is blockaded. During th...

RE: depot creation in a port

for Cherbourg - the port is blockaded and the City besieged. The only French sea supply source is Toulon which is also blockeded.
for Riga - there are two Depots (one Russian and one British) in the same land hex

both cases are against the rules - as far as I understand it

RE: Transporting Artillery by Naval.

with the Version 1.22.00 the naval transportation of artillery is possible at the cost of two heavy ships (like cavalry). Anyway I tried to find any word in the rules about this and found nothing. It would be nice to add a line concerning this.
