The HTTR upgrade won't be ready for some months after COTA's release.

Does this mean that it's now a planned action, at least at some point in the future?

My fault, after checking to make sure I realised I was missing a strongpoint. This was what I was destroying and the reason why they were not retreating. Fancy me thinking there was a bug [;)]
