Well in reality actual starvation of that many troops in that well populated part of China would take a very long time. I would think running out of ammunition and thus the ability to fight would go away long before they starved to death.

I believe what Mr. Frag is saying is that there is a bug in the cuurent version which causes non bomber kamikazes to cause no damage and that this is fixed in 1.5.

Yea she was coverted to a "Aircraft Tender" aka AV in 1937. She was originally a collier buit in 1913 and converted to an aircraft carrier in 1920.
