'bonus move' TFs?

Reading several AARs give mention to the 'bonus move' certain TFs receive on the Japanese side (presumably early in scenario 1 and/or Dec 41 options.

Can anyone clarify these, as I have no recollection of how these work and what advantages they provide. Thanks-

Replay Omitting Air Attacks - HELP!!!

<t> I know this has probably been discussed for 2 years here and there, but I'm in a PBEM (patch version 1.8.0.6) about 18 months into the grand campaign. Today I had 2 massed air attacks against Rangoon, but it was not shown in the replay at all.<br/> <br/> I had assumed they had not flown, until i...

RE: Combat Animations - Where Did They Go?

Memory is fuzzy, but I think it might be a 1st turn glitch only, not showing the animations on the Pearl Harbor attack.....think that's it.

Sorry - been a year, memory is rusty ;-)

So does this mean that oil dropped at Singapore can be fed to industry in Manchuria, assuming Japanese owned roads/railways in between????

RE: Surface Combat TF - Reaction Setting ???

Wow, that's a tough nut to crack for surface combat....seems like BBs/CAs/CLs with float plane recon would rather move a hex or two to engage the enemy rather than sit there like fish in a barrel for a few series of moves in which they all get sunk.
