Partisan/Garrison warnings

I've got the option to show partisan/garrison warnings set "on". I do get the icons, but frequently suffer partisan attacks WITHOUT an icon warning.

Is there something in the rules that I can't find, or is this a known issue?

Ahh, the good old days. "What's the facing on that tank? Okay, die roll of 6, - stacking limit, + defensive bonus, + weather, - morale....

Wasn't it amazing how spirited arguments could get over whether a shot would hit frontal armor or side?

Enhancement request

Would like some indicator that opfire has been taken against AI units and the results.

Allowing the capture (or at least a pretty good chance for capture) of supplies. Many offensives were sustained by running on captured supply.
