Overcharging supplies

When you press "replenish ship from port" button, you get charged the proper amount of supplies, and the ship is ok. However, if you press it again, you get charged again - the same amount, even though the ship doesn't need anymore. You can keep getting charged indefinitely.

Semms like the solution is to avoid pressing after the first time ! [;)]
