Newbie looking for allied opponent

Hello, I'm seeking an allied opponent for either the South Pacific or Guadalcanal scenario. I've played just enough to realize the AI isn't all that challenging. I can offer at least 1 turn a day work permitting and am currently running version 1.6. If you want to learn with me please let me know.

And I won't quit regardless of how badly I'm getting my butt kicked.
