1942(A) Allied Oppnent Wanted...

Well im now familiar with the game system " after defeat at the hands of Spruance" and i wanted to try out this campaign starting in May 1942... Im looking for a Medicore played to face me as Allies i will play as the Empire of the Sun[:)]
With Following Rules:
-PDU's on but Japs can't upgrade IJA DB to 2E's and US can't upgrade its 2E's to 4E's
-Sub Doctrines both off
-Max ASW TF (6ships)
-Max Combat Sub TF's (1sub)
-Only one Allied 4E unit per Base
-Max Stacking limit 50*airfield level no overstacking Please

I have WitP 1.6 with standard map... Im looking for someone who will be able to do 2 or 3 turns a day[:)] i live in GMT +1
