Ships show on the Province?!@#

I was disappointed to see the ships displayed on the province land when in port. I would have preferred it if they showed on or near the province anchor. This is supposed to be a thoughtful game... that wasn't that thoughtful of the programmers to display fleets like that. Crown of Glory was for me a sorry story of my inability to interface with the game. oh well
