Need help with Sensor - Cant target another ship.

Hey,

Im working on my Scorpion, and the funniest thing keeps happening. - I modified the "Hawk Duel" mission to fly with scorpions, which is all well and good. When i first launch i can target fine, without a problem. I die and respawn? and i cannot target a single thing except myself.

Here is the Sensor DEF
