Infantry

A brand new campaign-based 3D tactical engine covering combat in World War II, from the developers at Koios Works. The first operation covered is the famous "Wintergewitter" or Winter Storm, a desperate attempt by Hoth's 57th Panzer Korps to break through to the encircled 6th Armee at Stalingrad and the Soviet counter-attack by 2nd Guards Army that drove them back.

Will the whole squad be modeled or will it be the same as CM?

Its a minor thing but it is something that bugs the hell out of me with regards to CM.

At the moment, we're planning on 3 models per squad to keep performance reasonable. However, the game supports as many men in each squad as you want, it's mainly a matter of adjusting the data files. We've been discussing adding that as an in-game option for high end machines. Right now it's on the wish list, we may or may not get to it before release, but I'd like to see it in there as well.

Will infantry squads be able to engage multiple enemies?

For instance if one of your squads if faced with two enemy squads, one to the front left and one to the front right, with no friendly support, will it be able to 'split' its firepower and fire on both targets?

This is one thing that I had always wished were in CM.
