Marriage???!!!!!!!

I'd sooner pilot a G4M on a Lunga mission

Known at my house as "going to Costco with the wife"...... [X(]
[:D][:D]

My least favorite is when she goes clothes shopping and wants me to accompany her ("for my opinion" - but actually to lug stuff around).
Ok, here's the cure for that manuever:

Girlfriend:" honey will you come shopping with me, it will only take a few minutes."
Me: "Sure dear, I need to stop off at the hardware store on the way, it will only take a few minutes."
Silence....
Girlfriend: "Oh, that's ok, I think I will go on my own."
Me: Returns to playing WitP.

My wife has learned that when I have had enough of shopping with her I will start to hold her clothes up to me and loudly ask her how they look. She normally gets the point that it is now time to go. The other option is to pick out the sluttiest stuff possible and ask her to try it on. Either way I am a winner![:D]

the worst is having to hold the purse while she is in the dressing room. I hold it with one finger at arm's length like it contained toxic waste.

Ah, my wife is far to clever for this. She will inveigle me to the mall, and i am about to check out the few stores that interest me when she springs this on me. Or worse yet, she agrees to meet me a specific time, and THEN when i show up at the meeting site she gets me to accompany her (after i have done looking around and so have no excuse)...[X(][:D]

She DOES have very good points, though - she is the only woman i've met that actually LIKES power tools, and has actually asked for (and received) a 12" power compound miter saw for Valentine's Day!!![:D][:D][:D]

Does she have a sister?

I got my wife a waffle iron for Valentine's day (my 4 year old son got her jewlery) and I have yet to get a waffle from it. I was going to get her a new vacuume cleaner since she said she wants a new one but I figured that this may be hazzadous to my health.

Put a diamond bracelet around the handle of the vacuum and you'll be set.
