quick play

When I choose quick play in the main menu it goes to the team and stadium select screen defaulted at NFL. How do I change this to CFL quick play? Ive chosen season play in main menu, selected CFL then backed up to main menu, then chosen quick play and it defaults to CFL. The problem is if I then play a quick play CFL no players names are assigned in game and I start getting errors.

From the main menu, click 'league game'. In the field where you see Maximum US League, switch it to read 'Maximum Football League'. The top team on the list should be Toronto. This makes your default league the Canadian one that ships with the game.

Go back out to the main menu, into quick play and commence kicking Edmonton all over the place. If you create your own league, then you'll have to switch it under 'league game' as well. Most non-game stugg takes place under the league game menu.

If you hit league play, then shift to the Canadian league, and then goback to te main menu and select quick play, it should work (I just tried it).

If not it means the player database got corupted.

I found in earlier sts that someimesif you go to league lay and sim a game, and then go back, it works.

If that still says there is an error, two things you can do, uninstall and reinstall the game, or hit the reset button and then hit "new season" and generate a new set of players. Make sure none of the teams are set to human contol.

Thanks. What I did was accidently reset the CFL in league, but didnt start a new season. Then went to quick play and played, but I guess the rosters were empty, hence no names in game and all my error problems. Im such an idiot sometimes! Thanks for your (and Eriks) help, you guys are the best.
