I have just purchased the game, and started one quick game, indoor rules. Everything was working fine for a while.

Every PAT has shown the Subscript out of range press F9 to continue. Then it goes directly to the kickoff, so no PAT can be completed. I could work around that, no biggie. But then, on the kickoff, a player went to get the ball froze in place, the rest of the players on both teams converged on him and start running into each other. The play never ended, and I had to restart the game.

This may be the same issue as the rare punt fielding issue. If it happens again, try hitting Escape, Save Game, Ok, Load Game, Ok and see if that resolves it.
