End of Half

Post by Sonny »

I get down to the 4 yard line but the half time gun goes off before I can get another play off. Oh well. Look at the halftime statistics and click continue. The third quarter starts with me having the ball at the 4 yard line once more![X(]

Sorry to interupt here, but it seems to me that most of the problems I have run into has mostly occured in the Indoor Rules model. I haven't run into very many problems with the U.S. Rules Model, at least not yet.

If anyone happens to have a save that reproduces this, please e-mail it to me at erikr@matrixgames.com. Thanks, we are looking into this. I have not had it happen to me here, but it seems to be popping up elsewhere.

Regards,

Something else I noticed but I do not think it was in this game - the game allowed a play to run when the time was at 00:00 for the half (I think, but it might have been the end of a quarter).

Was that a Canadian game? Because in Canadian rules, that's exactly how it's done.

No, it was default US game. Perhaps there is no differentation between the two timing systems in the game.

Its very possible that is a "Canadian Timing" issue as I also recall that in Canadian Rules you are allowed to run one more play in a Half even if the clock reads "0:00". But don't take my word for it, I'm not expert on Canadian rules, just thought I heard that once.

That is probably the case here even though it is a US game.
