Fatal code error WAW

I am trying to load up a pbem file and as i try and play i get a error code that says fatal error 123999777 with my serial code. Now ive been playing this game ever since it has been out with no problems.I can play against the AI with no probs.but as soon as i load up a pbem file i get this message.My opponent we are onto our 4 or 5th game and to date ive never expeinced his.One of our pbem games has reached 1951 and the other we have just started. There is no reason that i know of all of a sudden why this has happened

it has'nt happned with any other pbem games i have going but just with this one particular player
