Help with uniforms

I made uniforms and they showed up in the player viewer. They do not show up in the game. I used paint shop pro 8.0. Can anyone tell me what I did. Maybe I did not save them in the proper bitmap form so the game could read them. This is very frustrating because I created over 150 teams. Please help me. Thanks Simmer

Simmer here is a quick answer. If the uniforms showed up in the viewer they should work. Here is how I got them into the game.

First each team that you did uniforms for should have a team folder, in that team folder you need two more folders, an away and home. Save the BMP files for the white/light uniform in the away folder, save the dark BMP uniform files in the home folder.

Create a league or pick one of the existing league. Open the Matrix folder on your HD, then find the folder for the league you created or the league you want to put your uniforms. In that league folder you will find a folder for each team. In the team folder you will see two folders, away and home. Just copy the home and away folders from the team you designed to the league teams folder. That will replace that teams current uniforms with the one you designed.

If you have done this and the uniforms dont work in the game then there is another problem.

Thanks nmleague, I got them to work with your help. I also found out that I don't have enough of RAM and ordered two sticks to bring me up to 512. My numbers on the players seem to be off centered in the game. Do you think this is because of the RAM issue. There also is an issue with having no players to draft. There is not one player in the FA box. Simmer
