Making new uniforms help

I have created several new teams and even a new league, but all the uniforms are pure white. How do I go about making color uniforms. What paint program do I use, and how do I go about doing this. I am very interested......just need some help.

Go to the top thread in the "graphics" area, there you will find a thread started by "bassman" about a tutorial for making uniforms.
