When playing a quick game using U.S. Rules / standard a 15 yard penalty was created inside the 20 yard line of the computer.

The game applied the penatly and the ball was placed on the -2 yard line.


2nd:

When playing a quick game using indoor rules anytime a field goal is attempted an error occurs and the game says the routine isn't avaialable this doesn't happen with the U.S. Rules.

Thanks for the report. On the first point, this is already fixed in the update we are testing internally.

On the second, please make sure you changed to the Indoor League on the League screen and also chose the Arena stadium when playing your Quick Play Indoor Rules game.
