Problem with DL play

I was just playing a quick game and I noticed something. It seems that if the DL has a run rush command that they dont rush the QB. One of the plays I designed has a problem with the QB dropping way back, like 20 yards, then he turns and runs for the endzone. While he is doing that the OL starting blocking but the DL just stands there watching none try to go after the QB.
