Two penalty issues I have found.

1) If you are on offense and there is a penalty on the defense, if you decline it, you get no gain and loss of down regardless of what you earned on the play.

2) if you are in the red zone, and have a penalty on the defense and accept the penalty. there is no "half the distance" the game puts you x-yards into the end zone and play is compeltely shot at that point. You are placed at the "-5" yardline and scrimmage is set up in the end zone.
