I think I need to look at an actual stadium from the game to get the measurements

I have "unpacked" eastern stadium so far. I can zip it up and e-mail it to you. Hopefully I can get some time to make a simple utility to unpack all of them so everyone can do it. Someone with more experience in doing this could probably put a simple program together in an hour or so.

Hey, can you send those files too me too? I would like to see how big the Eastern Stadium is in Milkshape so I can get an idea on Scale.

This is the stadium I was working on
I want to make it as low poly as possible
I have no idea how to map it

I just made the ground one flat texture

Looks good, have you tried it yet?

I will e-mail it to you guys. I am somewhat close to having a utility that will unpack it for you, but the last part is dragging me down. What I can eventually do is unpack all the stadiums manually and zip them up and send them to FBMax.

I'll try it
the .x plugin for 3d max 5 is really buggy but I think it's the animations that get screwed. So I might be able to do it 3d max 5. The stdium is multi-textured so I think it has to be mapped the sameway as the others.

Thanks Mark
I got your email I'll check it out once I get home from work [:)]
