Do you remember the road to Moscow?

Hi all,
older gamers may remember a pretty nice project at the end of the 90's: Road To Moscow. We waited year for year. But nothing happened. Does anyone know what happened to the software or to the rights on it? The last hint I could find at google war from 2003. (The often heard word: yes, it will come...[:D])

Who knows details?

I was quite excited about the this game.

Funny enough, I found another game that looked very similar with the exception that it relates to the Napoleonic period!. See this link

Seems like last thing I heard they were thinking on making it into an online version. That's pretty desperate.
