CoG-v.1.10 Patch Problem

I have been able to successfully download this patch however when I try and use the ID numbers to install the patch it indicates that the numbers are incorrect. Yet these are the only numbers I have and they successfully installed Cof G for me. Can anyone help please?

I can't even get the serial number registered to get Steel Panthers WAR loaded! Where the heck do I find it on my box/cd, etc?

Please check & compare the version number of your game and the versions of the patches you are trying to update to. In most cases we find that the game you are trying to update is already updated.

Otherwise please contact the vendor you bougth the game from to verify the serial number he provided you with.

If you bougth directly through us then you should have received an email and also should have been shown the serial number after you fulfilled your purchase. The serial number should also be printed on the CD. In case either didn’t happen, you missed it or the serial number did not get printed on the CD you can retrieve the serial number at any time by going to our E-Store at http://www.matrixgames.com/store.asp and clicking on "Store FAQs", there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password. Please keep in mind that you should always make physical backups (prints, notes etc.) of important information like email invoices, serial numbers and order information.
