LOading Play Book or new Plays

I downloaded a collection of plays I found on MaxFB.com (thanks Shaggyra). How do you load the plays into Max FB. I ended up creating a new play book and loading the plays one by one, but there must be a better way.

Also, how does the AI know what play to choose, are they coded in some way?
