Research Halt Bug

Hiya,

I remember when playing a campaign I found a bug where if you put too many factories into researching a plane, all research would stop. Diminishing returns are fair enough but a halt? Just wondering if this was fixed / changed in a previous version?

I am not sure if that is/was a bug presay or not, you may of ran into one of JC's bottlenecks, he had planes set up that he did not want built, so set it up to lockup

if you talking about a stock verison of the game, then I am not sure

we can look into it during testing
